Licit Claims Settlement Services was established in 2023 in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, by its owner, Counselor Ezz El-Arab Mohamed Asran – an International Arbitration and Diplomatic Relations arbitrator, a member of the International Academy of Arbitration and Customary Law, and the Legal Affairs Consultant for Army and Police Support at the Founding Association of Friends of the Armed Forces and Police in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Alexandria University, Egypt, and is a registered member of the Egyptian Bar Association, having practiced law in Egypt since 2008. He worked as a Legal Consultant in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from 2011 to 2013 and has been engaged in various legal practices in the United Arab Emirates since 2014. He is also one of the founding members of Al-Adheed Centers for providing Dubai Courts services and has held multiple legal and administrative positions throughout his career in the UAE.
